Description succincte (Anglais)

Since South Sudan became independent on the 9th of Juiy 2011 the new State needed to build up State structures and governance capacities. This held too for its Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) and its bilateral and multilateral diplomatie capacities. The project of Independent Diplomat (ID) which is to be evaluated aimed at supporting the Government of the Republic of South Sudan (GRSS) in its efforts to establish an efficient MFAIC.
