TACOS - Development and integration of alternative transparent conductive oxides for|silicon heterojunction solar cells.

Abstract (German)

The goal of the project is to further reduce the production cost (¿/Wp) and the cost of electricity (¿/kWh) of|silicon heterojunction solar cells and modules. Advanced transparent conductive electrodes will be|developed to allow for decreased raw material costs and for increased cell efficiency. Low cost electrodes,|intelligent electrical contacts based on electronic band engineering and solutions to decrease damage|formation during electrode deposition will be developed.
