Dieses Projekt hat zum übergeordneten Ziel, konzeptionelle und empirisch validierte Lösungen zu entwickeln, wie die finanzielle Steuerung und Kontrolle von KMU mit Informationstechnologie effektiv und effizient umgesetzt werden kann. Zentrale Deliverables sind die Entwicklung eines Best-Practice-Modells, die Entwicklung von Zusatzfunktionalitäten sowie eine Webplattform, über welche KMU ein Self Assessment des Status quo ihrer finanziellen Führung vornehmen können.
