The project goal is to develop an innovative technology platform to upscale the current hand-made laboratory production of thin flexible batteries to a semi-automated pilot line production. All processes will be developed with a strong focus on maturity and upscalability to fully automated mass production. Renata will be able to extend its product portfolio to the markets of power supply for innovative mobile applications, with consequent new job opportunities in Switzerland.
