The innovation of the project is the development of a biocide free mineral based impregnation for wood. It will be possible to impregnate wood for outdoor application with a 2-3 times extended life time. This development will be a break trough in the field of wood protection. The products will be applied in the building industry. Due to the ecological approach the company Imprägnierwerk AG will become the leader in the field of environmental friendly protection of wood.
