|Calypso Biotech SA is developing a new therapeutic antibody, CALY-001, for fistulizing Crohn's disease (FCD), a severe disease poorly addressed by current treatments. The project aims at 1) identifying biomarkers of fistula formation and CALY-001 activity with the potential to aid in diagnosis and management of FCD and 2) testing efficacy of CALY-001 in relevant experimental models.
