The frequency and the number of interactions between customers and companies are expanding as well as the diversity of contact channels (social networks, applications, etc.). It is challenging for companies to maintain an holistic view of their customer relationship. It means missed opportunities and less customer satisfaction. This project will deliver a solution to collect, process and analyze heterogeneous interactions data and propage insights to operational CRM systems.
