This project aims to develop an innovative, small-size, scalable underwater robotic platform designed specifically for distributed operation and targeting high spatiotemporal resolution for water quality measurements in lakes and freshwater reservoirs. Novel propulsion, navigation, and coordination techniques for underwater vehicles will be designed, evaluated, and optimized.
