Abstract
(Deutsch)
The objective of this project is to develop a service exchange platform where producers and consumers of services from developing countries can meet partners from developed countries to exchange any kind of service e.g. products, know-how transfer, loans, or multi-party development projects. PESCO is professionally moderated and supports the match making of the proposed services, the setup of the necessary service systems, and, when required, also the service exchange itself.
