Abstract (German)	The projects focuses on the integration of ultra-short pulses (USP) into a water microjet. The characteristic of USP in a water microjet are studied and the conditions of material processing with USP in a water microjet are investigated. The cutting quality of the novel process is compared with the cutting quality of methods of the state of the art.
