Osmotex invented a unique electroosmotic membrane technology, with electronically controlled moisture transport up to 1000 times that of conventional membranes like Gore-Tex. The current project is planned to develop a multilayer membrane based fabric to be able to serve interest with companies in several industries, with backpack (Decathlon) as first product. The company Oxyphen AG in Wetzikon is supplying the membrane substrate and participates in the planned project.
