Abstract (German)

Entwicklung einer Technologie zur Pulverlackierung von Holzleichtbauplatten. Dies umfasst die Vorbereitung der Platten, speziell der Schmalflächen, sowie die Regelung des Applikations- und Aufschmelzprozesses. Die unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften (Leitfähigkeit, Wärmestandfestigkeit, mechanische Festigkeit) innerhalb des Bauteils werden berücksichtigt und die Beschichtungsparameter dynamisch angepasst. Die Oberfläche wird für einen neuen individuellen Laserdruck optimiert.
