Abstract

The innovation of the adjustable Air Pressure Stocking is the next generation medical compression stocking. It allows significantly easier putting on / taking off and allows to adapt pressure, thereby increasing compliance. Unlike intermittent compression therapy, this stocking allows the patient to stay mobile thanks to the thin and unobtrusive stocking and the embedded microelectronic components.
