Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	In addition to its simulation software SETFOS, Fluxim AG has introduced a novel measurement platform PAIOS for all-in-one optoelectronic device characterization of solar cells and organic light-emitting diodes. The planned extensions to the PAIOS measurement system, especially the low-temperature probe station, together with the integration into the modeling software SETFOS enable reliable parameter extraction and are thus key to provide further insights for customers.
