Neglect is the most frequent disorder after brain damage. Current tools are still based on paper-and-pencil tasks, which preclude fast and comprehensive analysis, automated comparisons and efficient diagnosis of patients. This feasibility project aims to develop an automated platform for neglect assessment. The novel approach will benefit patients and hospitals by introducing virtual reality and motion capture technologies to well-established cognitive tests.
