Gestiegene Qualitätsanforderungen und kleinere Losgrössen in der Produktion von flexiblen Verpackungen, machen die Entwicklung eines neuartigen Systems zum Aufschmelzen und Portionieren von Thermoplasten nötig. Das neuartige System besteht aus in höchstem Masse aufeinander abgestimmten Extrusions- und Heisskanalkomponenten, welche Produktspezifisch konfiguriert werden können. Die angestrebten Zykluszeiten liegen unter einer Sekunde bei ununterbrochener 24/7 Produktion.
