Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Antibody conjugates have recently been proven to be highly potent anti-tumour drugs, exceeding the efficacy of conventional antibodies. There is great commercial interest in|developing site-specific payload conjugation technologies. We have established sortaseenzyme|mediated site-specific toxin conjugation to mAbs with sortase A known in the prior art. We aim to develop novel, patentable sortase variants with improved and altered|specificities for extending the technology and IP base of the commercial partner.
