The project is part of an Eureka project named TRIUMPH (Aqueau label obtained in September 2012) to develop an oxidation process for micropollutants and pharmaceuticals removal in urban wastewaters. Key idea is the integration of biological and chemical (by Ozone) oxidation. The goal of the Swiss partners (ETH, DegTec and ASCOMP) is to study the diffusion of Ozone in water and develop solutions to optimize this process and integrate it into the wastewater treatment cycle.
