Therapeutic cancer vaccines are becoming an attractive approach that can be combined with standard of care to treat cancer patients. The patient immune system is educated to specifically recognize and destroy tumor cells. This project aims at designing and optimizing an immunization strategy for a new cancer vaccine including the vector, the antigen and the choice of adjuvant. Finally, the proof-of-concept will be performed in a murine model of brain tumors.
