Abstract (German)

Optimization of the company¿s propritory laser processing tecnology ¿ Laser Micro-Jet - for processing of hard transparent materials is the main focus of this project. We perform the technological investigation of current practices to establish processing maps, relating process parameters and process outcome. Alternative process for fabrication of water jet nozzles will also be introduced to reach the new application requirements.
