Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	Novel in-vitro models that better mimic the in-vivo conditions are urgently required to answer the efficiency crisis of the pharmaceutical sector and to replace animal experiments. In this project, we focus on the fabrication of a low-cost stretchable, ultra-thin membrane aimed to mimic the lung alveolar membrane. In sharp contrast to standard in-vitro models, this membrane will allow the reproduction of the cyclic mechanical stress induced by the respiratory movements.
