This proposal aims at combining the expertise of Prof. Reddy's group in antibody discovery by next-generation DNA sequencing & bioinformatics with NBE-Therapeutics antibody discovery know-how, for a) the development of cancer-specific antibodies, b.) the development of optimized bioinformatic algorithms to generate 'super-humanized' antibodies, and c.) to develop a novel modular synthetic gene assembly process that enables rapid, cloning free construction of super-humanized antibodies.
