The project directive is a complete product development of a pedicle screw based spinal stabilisation system that will treat different stages of spinal degeneration segmentally. Enabling unique modularity and combinations of metallic and elastomeric fixation of different stiffness and rigidity. Scientifically, different elastomeric implant stiffness possibilities will be evaluated to ultimately indicate patient specific treatment for different stages of pathological degeneration.
