Cell Surface Receptor Identification and Deorphanisation of Protein|and Small Molecule Ligands
Abstract
(Deutsch)
Ligand-based Receptor Capture (LRC) technology enables the unbiased identification of|cell surface receptors of orphan ligands on cells an tissue. This biomedical project aims at|(1) commercializing the LRC technology and its ETH patented TRICEPS reagents in form|of an LRC reagent kit and application service for academia/industry and (2) the targeted|development of the LRC technology inbetween ETH Zurich and Dualsystems Biotech AG|for small molecule/drug-based applications.
