In diesem KTI-Projekt soll das Erfassungs-, Datamanagement- und Simulations-System SIDAC sowie darauf aufbauende Beratungs-Services für das strategische Asset Controlling von Immobilien entwickelt werden. SIDAC schliesst als Datendrehscheibe die Lücke zwischen den operativen branchenspezifischen Systemen und den Portfolio-/Verwaltungstools. Es ermöglicht langfristige Auswirkungen verschiedener Investmentstrategien basierend auf der tatsächlichen Bausubstanz zu vergleichen.
