Für die Schweizer Aktionärsplattform 'Sherpany' werden landesspezifische Business Process Management Systeme entwickelt. Damit kann die Plattform verschiedene nationale Aktienrechte elektronisch abbilden und rechtsverbindliche Interaktionen gewährleisten. Diese Governance-Weblösung ermöglicht es einem Aktionär, weltweit über ein einziges Aktionärskonto alle seine Unternehmen, unabhängig von Ort und Zeit, zu verwalten, mit diesen zu kommunzieren und seine Stimmen auszuüben.
