Educational Standard Assessment System for the international hotel schools

Abstract (Deutsch)

In the absence of an international quality-standard assessment system, this project develops Educational Standards for Swiss Hotel Association (SHA) by using the results as a benchmark for quality standards in hospitality education, globally and to develop an effective curriculum that is relevant to the hospitality industry. It is critical that SHA takes the lead on this knowledge economy where innovation ideas and quality standards hold the key to the global competitiveness.
