Abstract (English)	The aim of this project is to develop sustainable flame retardant additives for application in rigid and flexible polyurethane (PU) foams. This project will involve development of DOPO derivatives as halogen free flame retardant additives. New methods of synthesis of DOPO derivatives will be developed for industrial scale up and evaluated for flame retardant behavior on PU foams.
