Abstract (English)	The long, narrow channels of gastrointestinal flexible endoscopes and bronchoscopes are prone to build-up of biofilm which put patients at risk of infection. Since such endoscopes cannot be cleaned with harsh chemicals, milder procedures must be found. The commercially available enzymatic detergents are not able to disperse and remove biofilms from surfaces. This CTI-project aims at developing a product with anti-biofilm activity based on industrial enzymes.
