This project centers on a new platform to provide a key competitive advantage in the generation of|antibody-based drugs, particularly bispecific antibodies. The platform is based on ¿dual-display¿, a|novel variant of phage display technology. The key innovation is that each phage particle encodes|and displays two different antibody fragments, enabling pairs of compatible antibodies to be coselected|based on their ability to generate, in combination, a user-defined function.
