Bituminous waterproofing membranes are used to protect building and concrete bridge decks. They are|bonded to concrete by heat torching. However there is a risk of fire in structures and, application on vertical|surfaces is difficult. The idea of the project consists on building a membrane structure with an electrically|conductive section. When it is subjected to an alternating magnetic field the membrane will be heated.|Moreover, cracks can be locally repaired.|Project
