Given the complete failure of the domestic legal system in Nepal to provide redress for victims of serious conflict-related and post-conflict human riights violations, rssorting to international organs is often the only avenue available for victims to obtain some form of justice». However, these mechanisms are still considerably underused in Nepal. Through this project, the Geneva based Organization TRIAL seeks to help victims prepare their cases for submission before the United Nations Human Rights Committee and thus obtain justice.
