Development of an organotypic high-throughput screening assay kit to determine|predictability of anti-cancer drugs in 3D QGel
Abstract
(German)
This project brings together the start-up company QGel and academic cancer and matrix|biology experts in order to develop proven QGel technology into a 3D cell-based highthroughput|assay kit for primary patient-derived cancer cells. Commercially available anticancer|drugs will be tested on these tumor models grown in vitro with QGel technology.|Based on indications by cancer experts, QGel drug-tumor response data are collected and|compared to clinical data of these drugs.
