Neovascular permeability disorders in the retina severely constrain the quality of vision.|Current monitoring procedures require regular visits at the eye clinic (e.g. monthly). Such|one-size-fits-all treatment regime fail to catch important changes in disease progression|of individual patients. Our project will develop a mobile OCT solution allowing patients to|monitor their disease from home (e.g. daily), thus allowing for an individual treatment|plan on an as-needed-basis as well as new insights into disease development and|treatment optimisation.
