Feasibility study concerning the economic development of an Open Innovation Biotechnology Center in the Western part of Switzerland. The feasibility study should cover two parts: a pharmaceutical - life sciences part and an economic part. It should contain three tracks: the scientific relevance, the economical impact and an institutional & partnership structure study & proposal.
