Abstract (Deutsch)	A protein engineering technology will be developed for induction of antigen-specific immunological tolerance,\|applicable for tolerance to protein drugs and to autoimmunity antigens. In this project, the technology will be\|developed in the context of reducing the unwanted immunogenicity reactions towards the therapeutic protein\|drug uricase (urate oxidase, Rasburicase), by engineering tolerogenic forms of uricase and thus enabling\|safe treatment of tumor lysis syndrome and gout.
