The aim of this project is to develop a 10 kW and a 30 kW H2-air fuel cell (FC) stacks for automotive|applications based on innovative Swiss technology for air compressors. The target is to overcome some of|the drawbacks of H2-O2 fuel cell and conventional FC air supply systems. The goal will be to provide a FC|system using air as oxidant offering a) an excellent fuel efficiency and b) compactness and price-worthiness|close to the performance achieved with a pure oxygen FC system.
