A large RF network antenna shall be constructed and used for the first time in an industrial application. The RF antenna shall be used to produce barrier films for packaging application with an oxygen barrier of at least 3 cc/m2/day/atm at film speed of 100 m/min. The design and construction of the RF antenna includes the RF design, mechanical construction and new additional features such as the incorporation of a DC/RF biasing electrode to influence the obtained film properties.

A large RF network antenna shall be constructed and used for the first time in an industrial application.
