Short description (English)

This projects aims at improving the situation of human rights, intemational humanitarian law, and the rule of law in Colombia. lt will support Colombian civil society organizations producing, systematizing and spreading reliable information on the level of compliance of UPR's 2008 recommendations acquired by the Colombian State.

Project aims (English)

1. The Human Rights Council, the intemational community, and the national govemment heve infomiation produced by Colombian human rights and civil society organizations, about the Situation of human rights and intemational humanitarian law in Colombia, and on the compliance of the recommendations given to the Colombian govemment in the Universal Periodic Review of 2008.

2. The media and society in général are aware of the processes and the outcomes of the UPR for Colombia in 2013, due to the actions of following up and analysis conducted by social organizations in Bogotà and Geneva.
