Abstract (Englisch)	The rise of open innovation models and the increase in innovation potential of emerging markets pose great challenges and opportunities for Swiss businesses. Traditional corporate innovation strategies that primarily rely on in-house R&D are not sufficient to capture the strategic value from waves of technology and innovation. To respond to the growing need of insights into novel innovation approaches in today¿s global market, the project aims to analyse corporate venturing and innovation governance models.
