Abstract
(Deutsch)
Rapid fabrication of high quality optical elements becomes more and more important. At the same time the|number of pieces for each component gets smaller and smaller. The trend is towards customizing microoptical|components already at low production quantities. Our project aims on the development of a|fabrication technology to follow this trend. The aim is to fabricate specific functional covers on high precision|standard micro optical template components. The field of application is high power light management and|beam shaping. The basic problem here is the etching technology to transfer a shallow and particular|functional structure into inorganic material. Our project concentrates on such a technology and will deliver|functional models as proof of principle..
