Abstract (English)

Sophia Genetics develops and sells a web based integrated application for clinical geneticist to bank and analyses patient DNA sequence information. Today this application allows the analyses of panels of specific genes. This project involving the bioinformatics platform of EPFL aims to develop the application for efficient and convivial analyses of full genomes. Commercialization of the developments end of 2013 will allow the company to multiply revenues by a factor 3.
