Abstract (Englisch)

The purpose of this project is to develop a semi-active flexible RFID label which will integrate CMOS humidity and temperature sensors using large area manufacturing processes and advanced chip-on-flex assembly processes. The flexible label will be realized using state of the art additive printing processes on cheap flexible plastic foil. Cost-effective methods will also be developed for the assembling and encapsulation of the silicon sensors chip. Project
