Es wird eine Antihaftbeschichtung aus inhärent hydrophoben Materialien zur industriellen Serienreife entwickelt, die in der Anwendung zu hitzebeständigen, abriebfesten und lebensmittel- sowie reinigungstauglichen Oberflächen mit variablen Benetzungseigenschaften führt. Der Einsatz erfolgt in der industriellen Serie-Produktion der Lebensmittelindustrie / modernen Kochtechnik.
