Spectroscopy ready cw QCL in TO-3-packages for industrial applications: driving scheme, electronics and test bench
Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
QCL lasers are the best light sources for MIR spectroscopy, and Alpes Lasers SA a world leading manufacturer. However, the application of continuous wave spectroscopic sensors is often limited by their heat dissipation, and thus large packaging. We propose a new driving scheme, electronics and test bench which will rapidly permit cost efficient, high-precision gas spectroscopy for large volume applications based on well characterized TO-3 laser packages with low heat dissipation.
