Abstract

Understanding how the microenvironment impacts stem cell fate is a major challenge in cell biology because stem cells hold great expectations for disease modeling, drug discovery or as a therapeutic tool for regenerative medicine. Therefore, the project aims at 1) developing a non-invasive system automatically monitoring temperature and pH of cell culture microenvironment, and 2) increasing productivity required in many invalidating disease treatments relying on cell culture.
