Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	Respiratory syncytial virus infections are one of the leading causes of mortality in infants worldwide and cause a significant hospitalization burden both in the US and in Europe. There is currently only one treatment available, a prophylactic antibody (Synagis/Palivizumab) that is administered only to at risk premature infants because of its highly prohibitive cost. This project aims at screening pre-fractionated melusine venoms and rationally drug designed stapled peptides to identify molecules that inhibit virus entry into host cells.

Respiratory syncytial virus infections are one of the leading causes of mortality in infants worldwide and cause a significant hospitalization burden both in the US and in Europe.
