Das vorliegende Projekt ist ein designwissenschaftliches Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt, das Design als Modus von Organisationsforschung in ein Organisationsentwicklungsprojekt zur Verbesserung des Patientenaustrittsmanagements des Luzerner Kantonsspitals einbringt. Das Projekt zielt auf die Optimierung der Patientenpfade vom Voreintritt bis zum Spitalaustritt inkl. Anbindung an externe Institutionen. Projektergebnisse sind ein Standard für sämtliche Patientenpfade und ein Instrumentarium (Toolbox) zur Unterstützung interner, prozessorientierter Projekte sowie von Beratungsaktivitäten im Kontext solcher Projekte.
