Betrieb eines nationalen Referenzzentrums zur Überwachung und Diagnostik der bioterrorrelevanten Erreger Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium botulinum, Yersinia pestis und Francisella tularensis sowie für die hochpathogenen bakteriellen Erreger Brucella sp. Das Referenzzentrum ist in aktiver Funktion in das Regionallabornetzwerk eingebunden.
