The International Peace Support Training Center (IPSTC) in Nairobi (Kenya) intends to strengthen its cooperation for peace and security in Africa by enhancing capacity for regional peace and security. Following its objective of strengthening capacity building in peace promotion in the Global South and in particular in Africa, as internationally recommended as well, the Political Division IV decided to second an expert as Head of Research Department within the IPSTC, starting from 09.01.2012.
